Hi!  My name is Tracy Benton-Gooch and I have had the pleasure to help families purchase their brand new home with History Maker Homes for the past 5 years. 

I am originally from Manhattan, Kansas, but have lived in Texas since 1989, which is now longer that I lived in Kansas,  so I guess that makes me a Texan!  I have lived in the North Fort Worth area for the past ten years and have been married for 4 years.  We do not have any children but I have a wonderful new Swiss Mountain Dog puppy that we got last May.  We lost my 14 year old beagle earlier this year and the house was just too quiet!  I am also a breast cancer survivor for the past 6 years and counting!  A portion of my commissions are donated to the Susan G. Komen Foundation - Race for the Cure.

Before I started working for History Maker Homes I worked in the Apartment Industry for 15 years.  I guess I got tired of my customers moving out of their apartments to get a home - so naturally I decided to get into the New Home Business and help people purchase a home instead of rent an apartment!
